Description

The Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, NC has submitted a requirement for a H-46 Blade Lag Shock Absorber Test Stand (BLSATS) which is used for the testing of Boeing Vertol helicopter. The BLSATS shall serve to monitor hydraulic pressures, flows, temperatures, forces, and speeds. The system shall be designed to automatically control test conditions. As of 30 June 1999 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award.
