Synthesize 2,500g of Bisazir (P,P-bis(1-aziridinyl)-N-methylphosphinothioic amid). Bisazir is a chemosterilant used to sterilize male sea lampreys in the Great Lakes. Delivery of at least 700g is required to the U.S. Geological Survey, Hammond Bay Biological Station, Millersburg, Michigan, by April 15, 2001 and remainder by April 15, 2002 . This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. NAIS Code: 325411, small business size standard is 750 employees or less.
