Description

The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm fixed price unit prices for assembling and mailing (of scannable data) services as required by the Navy Personnel Research. Studies & Technology Department, Millington, TN. The resulting contract will be from 01 January 2001 through 31 December 2001 with four one-year options. This acquisition will be procured using FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items procedures and has a 10% HubZone Evaluation Preference. The Contractor shall be within a 30-mile radius of Millington, TN. The NAICS code is 561499. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/solicitations/default.htm. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self -certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. All responsible sources must submit a quote to the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center by 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the date the offer is due. In order for this office to obtain a Bidder's List, potential offerors must submit written requests to the above address by facsimile at (757) 443-1424.
