Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(iii)(A), the Alaska District Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source purchase order for Construction Phase Services, Alter Roadway Interchange Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Dowl/BBFM is the designer of record of the roadway interchange. The project requires construction phase services to provide uninterrupted review of construction contractor submittals of materials, procedures, design extensions and technical engineering solutions. Continuation of Dowl/BBFM fulfills the Governments requirement to provide this engineering service to the project. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.*****
