Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain Repair/Replacement/Replenishment services for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) components applicable to the Government of Egypt (GOE) Buffalo Aircraft. One objective is to receive, repair/modify, and return the aircraft components (same in/same out) to the customer in a timely and cost effective manner. Components will be repaired to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard. Another objective is the replenishment of new components on an as needed basis. A cost plus fixed fee type price contract is anticipated. The period of performance will start the date of contract award through one year with two one-year option periods. A solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 30 November 2000: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. The estimated solicitation closing date will be on or about 3 January 2001.
