Description

Provide Record Technician services at the Coast Guard clinic located at Seattle, WA. This will be a non-personal service contract. This requirement will be accomplished utilizing procedures in Far part 13, _Simplified Acquisition Procedures._ The contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, not to exceed 1920 hours per year. Period of performance will be 01 January 2000 or date of award through 31 December 2001. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about 24 November 2000 and close on or about 22 December 2000. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC code is 8099, and the small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
