Description

Provide medical transcription services for the USPHS-Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, NM; PHS Indian Hospital, Fort Defiance, AZ; and PHS Indian Health Center, Kayenta, AZ. Contract to be effective for 12-month period beginning January 01, 2001 through December 31, 2001, with two (2) 12-month option provision for extension up to 36 months. Requirements type contract for an estimated 19.1M words per year. NOTE: "This is a Total Set-aside for Small Business".
