Description

Dollar magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The performance time is 335 calendar days. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for the alteration and repair of SOLL 2 Facility, Building 162 located at the Charleston AFB, SC. Project No. DKFX 00-1066A/B. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items of work which are listed for the contractor's convenience in order that he may determine the general scope of work involved as follows: ALTER SOLL 2 FACILITY: Site work including additions to the parking lot. New additions with all required structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. REPAIR SOLL FACILITY: Site Work, asbestos and lead abatement. Interior and exterior work. Remove existing roof and install new standing seam metal roof. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and will be evaluated using Pricing/Performance Trade-Off and under the HUBZone Preference Program. This solicitation will be available on or about 31 OCT 2000 and maybe downloaded from the web site address: www.eps.gov or it can be accessed through a link at http://437contracting.charleston.af.mil. Paper copies or CDs of this solicitation will not be provided. Contractor proposal is required to be submitted in electronic form on disk or CD ROM.
