Z -- This office plans to award a contract to Starling Guttering Inc on or about 17 Nov 00 for the following service: Providing all labor material and equipment to replace 19000 LF of gutters in Family Housing units on Fort Eustis, VA with LeafGuard Gutter System. The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1761, Roofing, Siding , and Sheet Metal Work. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business with 7.0 million dollars or less.
