Description

Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate the basement space to provide six (6) new offices, a waiting room and associated ancillary areas to relocate the U.S. Probation Office. Modify existing mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate new space lay-out. Work will be performed at the Federal Building, 410 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI. The completion time for this project is 90 calendar days. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 233320 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The estimated price for the work covered by this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is reserved for small business concerns. This is a negotiated-best value procurement.
