Description

This project is unrestricted and open for participation by all interested sources. The North American Industry Classificiation System Code (NAIC) (formerly SIC code) is 235990 -- All other special trade contractors. The size standard is $11.5 million. The work includes demolition, recycling, and reconstruction of the portland cement concrete hold apron (HA-10) at the west end of taxiway Alpha East; reconstruction of the portland concrete Refueling Apron (RA-01) on the east end of Taxiway Alpha East; full-depth patching portions of Taxiway Alpha East; milling and placement of a 3-1/2 inch to 5 inch overlay to correct cross slope on Taxiway Alpha East between HA-10 and RA-01; relocation and reconstruction of existing airfield lighting for Taxiway Alpha East; demolition and recycling portions of existing Portland cement concrete shoulder on Taxiway Alpha East; establishment of turf and incidental related work. This will be procured utilizing best value source selection procedures. Award will be based on price and other non-priced factors which may include, but are not limited to: Technical/Management factors; Relevant Experience; Past Performance; Subcontracting and Price. Award may not be necessarily made to the low offeror as this is a best value award. This is an internet only solicitation.
