Description

This requirement is to provide preventive maintenance services on Government-owned fire alarm equipment located in the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and Museum Annex Building, located at 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, NW, Washington, DC. The system in the Museum building is a Pyrotronics XL and the system in the Museum Annex building is a Pyrotronics System 3. This acquisition is a 100% total Small Business Set-Aside. The requirement is being conducted as a Sealed Bid using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The type of contract is a Firm-Fixed Price. The SIC Code is 8999 and the Bus size is 5.0 million. THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO VENDORS LOCATED IN THE LOCAL COMMUTING AREA OF WASHINGTON, DC. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 29, 2000.
