SYNOPSIS: PRON: AX1Q0005AX, Noun: Pitch Link, Tail Rot, NSN: 1615-01-185-8932; P/N: 406-312-103-101, Quantity : 133 each. Applicable to the OH-58 Airframe Unit. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc., Laconia, NH and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Hurst, TX. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
