NSN: 4240-01-340-6314 Filter Element Set (ILC Ind's., ILC Dover Div. P/N: 243-20005-05. Quantity: 15,450 EA to be delivered FOB Destination to DDD Tracy, CA (7,724 EA) and DDSP New Cumberland, PA (7,726 EA) in four (4) deliveries beginning 180 days (6 months) after award. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% UNRESTRICTED. THIS ACQUISITION WILL CONTAIN NO OPTION PRoVISIONS. This item is identified strictly by the ILC Dover part number. The Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data for this item. Dealers/distributors of the ILC part number cited may submit offers which DSCP will consider. Because this item is commercial in nature, the procedures in FAR Part 12 will be utilized.
