Description

NSN 4820-01-129-5146; Valve, Shuttle per Pneudraulics Inc. (06177) part number 5077-1. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with pricing based on four quantity ranges. Delivery will be to various stock locations, which are unknown at this time. A delivery schedule of 270 days is requested for quantities up to 92 each, with an additional 30 days added for each increase of 23 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the website http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfq and will not be available until 13 December 2000. Specifications, plans, and drawings are not available. The proposed procurement is unrestricted and contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 4 extensions. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The only approved source is Pneudraulics, Inc. (06177). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation. Various quantity ranges solicited are as follows: From 11 -- 25, 26 -- 35, 36 -- 50, and 51 And Up.
