Description

The Naval Aviation Depot, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the design, fabrication, and installation of an Air Turbine Starter Test System. The function of the system shall be to provide inertia (load) simulation, data acquisition, processing, and control necessary for complete functional and performance testing of a broad range of air turbine starters employed in the military aviation inventory. The sytem shall measure, display, record, and control all physical parameters required for testing of the subject starters in accordance with established overhaul procedures.
