Description
Correction to Submission Number 5062U7 -- issued November 08, 2000. Correction made to solicitation issue date (old date = December 11, 2000, new date is on or about November 27, 2000) and to the closing date of the solicitation, (old date = on or about January 11, 2001, new date is on or before December 27, 2000). Original Description with corrections made: Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22, is seeking the services of a vendor to supply the DVA with general construction materials and supplies at a discounted price. During the life of the contract, it may be necessary to order all types of general construction materials/supplies, (e.g. drywall, nuts, bolts, screws, lights/lamps, ballasts, etc.). Purchases will be made on an "as-needed" basis. The basic contract period is for one (1) calendar year from the date of the award with four (4) one-year options. Request for solicitation must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer, Jon M. Wilson, (NBC/CC), Network Business Center, (VISN 22), 5901 E. Seventh Street, Building 149, Long Beach, CA 90822.
