Description

The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to L-3 Communications Corp, Communication Systems West Div, Salt Lake City, Utah, a firm fixed price contract for 45 each Filter, Band Pass, P/O CV-4353, AN/TSC-85 Satellite Communications Terminal in order to meet critical fielding requirements. This contract will contain a 100% Option. Only one responsible offeror exists. This synopsis is for information purposes only and is not to be considered a Request for Quote. See Note 22.
