North American Industry Classification Sysytem Code (NAICS) 42169. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government based on price and other non-related price factors. A written Solicitation will not be issued. Except for contained in this Modification of previously announced procurement action, all other information contained in the original Combined Synopsis/Solicitation remain the same.
