NSN: 8340-01-359-0084, 8340-01-359-1481, Tent, Soldier Crew, Green/Tan and Green/White, Specification: MIL-T-44427. This is an IDTC contract, included in this acquisition will be four (4) one year term options. The quantity to be purchase is Minimum: 2,105, Maximum: 3,427; there are two destinations, Albany, GA and Barstow, CA with the scheduled delivery period beginning 240 days after date of award in 12 delivery increments. This acquisition is being advertised as Unrestricted (see Notes 9 & 26); all materials used in fabrications are to be furnised by the successful bidder; Best Value Source Selection procedures are required un this solicitation; the following evaluation factors are incorporated 1) Experience/Past Performance 2) Manufacturing Plan 3) Industrial Mobilization 4) Socio-Economic Considerations 5) DLA Mentoring Plan and 6) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Entity Proposal.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which DSCP shall consider.
