Description

Service contract for a three month period to provide delivery of deli sandwiches to thirteen (13) mess halls aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC and satellite activities to include the following items with estimated quantities: 1. Roast Beef with American cheese- 2,392 each per month; 2. Ham with American Cheese -2,243 each per month; 3. Turkey with American Cheese- 3,133 each per month; 4. Poor Boy with American Cheese -- 2,676 each per month. The products delivered must include 6" white sub roll, 4.5 ounces of meat per sandwich and 1 ounce of cheese per sandwich. Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 0500 and 0900 Monday through Sunday with orders being placed 48 hours in advance. The products shall be packaged in plastic shrink wrap and must include discard data. The contractor must be listed in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Forces Procurement or in the process of being added to this list.
