THE FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT WILL BE ISSUED SOLE-SOURCE BY THE U.S. CUSTOMS SERVICE. THE VENDOR, INFORMATION RESOURCES ENGINEERING, IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED SOURCE TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE FOR LINK ENCRYPTORS. THE MAINTENANCE WILL BE PERFORMED AT THE CUSTOMS FACILITY AT 7681 BOSTON BLVD, SPRINGFIELD, VA.
