Description

USAID/West Bank & Gaza seeks the services of a U.S. architect-engineer firm to prepare a feasibility study and preliminary design leading to final design, for the construction of a North South Water Carrier for the Gaza Strip. The Gaza North South Water Carrier is intended to transport potable water for delivery throughout the Gaza strip. It includes pipelines, reservoirs and booster pump stations and all necessary appurtenances. It is also planned to incorporate a trip park along the right of way in certain specific areas within the boundaries of the cities and villages to be served. To request a copy of the RFP, which will be ready within approximately three weeks for distribution, please send an E-mail request to mzelaya@usaid.gov or request that a copy be mailed by sending your fax request to the Contracting Office at 972-3-511-4893. We also request that you include an updated telephone number and/or a fax number or an e-mail address where you can be contacted. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5" floppy disk (Word97 format). If you require a copy in paper form of the solicitation, you must specifically ask for it, but you will not receive both a copy in paper form and a floppy disk.
