Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center, Austin, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to Moore North America, Inc. of Houston, Texas, for the maintenance of two (2) VA owned Model 2002 Folder Sealers installed on Xerox Model 4635 Printers for the period 12/1/00 through 9/30/01 with four (4) one-year options. Contract will cover all parts and unlimited serivce calls 24 hours/day, Monday through Friday, and monthly preventive maintenance inspections. On-site response time is three (3) hours between the hours of 8:00a.m. -- 5:00p.m. and two (2) hours during after hours. All responses to this RFQ from responsible sources will be considered. Responses must include sufficient documentation to allow this office to evaluate the possibility of your firm to submit a valid proposal. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
