Description

FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. intends to solicit for administrative and clerical support services at the Training Air Wing Six, Pensacola, FL. Services include but are not limited to performance of the following functions: administrative, correspondence, message processing, office automation, mail, travel order processing, forms management, legal support services, personnel security clearance support, publications and forms, master flight schedule reports, student control, academic training support safety support, and other general functions. There may be security requirements as well. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.5 test program procedures for commercial items. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The contract shall consist of a base year consisting of 12 months, with two (2) one year options. The solicitation shall require the submission of technical and cost information. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business (see Note 1) under the standard Industrial Classification Code of 7389, with a size standard of $5M. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det. Phila. The Request for Proposals will also be available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil.
