Description

The VA Sierra Pacific Network has a requirement for a firm to provide technical assistance in meeting the Joint Commission Accreditation Standards at multiple VA Medical Centers and outpatient clinics. Successful contractor will perform Environmental Care consultative-type mock surveys that will review JCAHO readiness and identify areas within each facility to determine current compliance with JCAHO standards and, provide written strategies for achieving compliance for any identified deficiencies. VA Medical Centers include Palo Alto, San Francisco, Martinez, Sacramento and Fresno, CA, Honolulu, HI and Reno, NV.
