Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and disposal necessary for the cleaning of housing units located at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one year only commencing on date of award. The Government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task orders for the same or similar services to two or more sources under this solicitation. Work encompasses minor interior cleaning (wiping, mopping, sweeping)of various types of housing units prior to assignment of new residents. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with contract clauses, performance work statement and applicable wage rates. The NIACS code for this project is 561720. Solicitation packages will be available from 11/9/00 to 12/11/00 at a cost of $12.33 per package, which includes shipping.
