Description

Single award contract (in two Categories) from 1/1/01 to as late as 12/31/03 for Various Government Agencies. Production of both Categories assumed to be within 48 km (30 miles) of Walnut Creek, CA. Contract is for quick-schedule copying: Approx. 100 orders per year consisting of approx. 1 to 5,000 (avg. 380) copies of 1 to 1,000 (avg. 20) originals per order. Trim size will typically be 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11"), with products smaller than 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11") to as large as 610 x 914 mm (24 x 36"). Required contract operations include copy pickup, black-only and (duplex) four-color copying (including rasterization-output directly from furnished digital copy), padding, folding, drilling, binding, mounting on foam board, laminating, labeling and delivery. One-day to 10-day production schedule required for Category 1 work. Four-hour to 24-hour production schedule required for Category 2 work. Quality Level 4 attributes are required.
