Description

Single award term contract for the period 04-01-01 to 03-31-02. Program Inserts , Posters, and Press Kit folders of various trim sizes from 7-7/8 x 10-1/2" to 22 x 28", printing in four-color process and in up to 5 colors. Approximtely 100 to 75,000 copies. Anticipate approximately 12 orders per year. Operations include printing, die-cutting, scoring, filmmaking, binding, packing and distribution. Copy pickup in Arlington, VA. Bidder outside the assumed 100 kilometer (62-mile) radius must furnish documentation of their ability to meet the schedule. Quality level III. and II for four-color process. Bid opening anticipated during the month of January 2001. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
