Description

DESC: The Department of Justice, subject to the availability of funds, has a need for the lease of approximately 50 commercial parking spaces with Monday through Friday access, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at 601 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, for the period December 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted to the address shown in item 7 by COB, November 27, 2000.*****
