NSN: 2915-01-163-9478, PN: 397884-1-2, Quantity 55 each with 100% option for two years, applicable to AH-64 Airframe Unit. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland and Stockton, CA. This is a sole source item to Honeywell International Inc. The required delivery is 25 each 210 DACA and 25 each month thereafter until complete. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. The approved source is Honeywell International Inc. The time required for approval of new suppliers is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
