First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 30 each 210 days after contract award and 27 each month thereafter until shipped complete. Quantity: Minimum 57 each, Maximum 257 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved sources are The Purdy Corporation, Manchester, CT, Boeing Precision Gear, Inc., Chicago, IL and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
