Amendment No. 0002 to NOAA Solicitation 52-DGNW-0-90036 is issued to extend the closing date set for receipt of proposals to 3:00 P.M., local time, January 04, 2001. The Government has received a variety of questions regarding the solicitation from industry. A follow-on amendment with answers is being prepared and it is anticipated that it will be issued shortly.
