Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0030 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to negotiate with only one source. The Government does not possess complete specifications/drawings to allow for adequate competition. ETM-ELECTROMATIC INC, NEWARK, CA This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17 and DCN 20000606. The standard industrial code is 335311 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001; 1 each, Low Voltage Power Supply Assembly, ETM-Electromatic Part Number: A27966-000, assembly consist of transformers for isolation and AC Distribution as well as the Variable Transformers for regulation and wiring to connect to the other LRU"S. Delivery is required F.O.B. Crane, IN 47522 within 7 months after award. Final inspection and acceptance will be at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
