Description

Bi-State Development Agency is seeking a fixed price contract for an estimated 15,000 to 25,000 gallons per year of synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) with minimum performance requirements: 4L60E Oxidation Test -- EOT Viscosity @ 100 Degrees C = 70 MINIMUM EOT DELTA TAN = .72 MINIMUM. GM Cycling Test -- Used Oil DELTA TAN = 0.13 MAXIMUM EOT Viscosity @ 100 Degrees C = 6.81 MINIMUM. New Fluid Viscosity -- Kinematic Viscosity @ 100 Degrees C = 7.36 MINIMUM. The contractor will be required to furnish above ground 500 gallon storage tank or tote with a pneumatically operated, metered pump and dispenser at four (4) different Agency bus garages.
