Description

NATO/SACLANT is interested in identifying sources that may be interested in preparing the NATO Casualty Rate Estimate Project. The objective of this project is to analyze and evaluate the NATO member country casualty rate estimation and planning processes and tools, and to determine the optimal solution(s) for a NATO-wide casualty rate estimation and planning mechanism. The possible taskings of this project may be: Background and General Literature Search; Casualty Rate Estimation and Planning Process Evaluation; Casualty Rate Estimation and Planning Tool/Model Evaluation. Upon a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a complete bid solicitation may be forthcoming. Interested parties only are requested to respond to this sources sought notice via fax only to 757-445-3609 marked to the attention of the "Contracting Officer". It is required that all responses be received no later than 3pm 15 November 2000.
