Description

Ellsworth AFB, SD is looking for interested parties for a planned concessionaire contract. The concessionaire shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to establish a home-style snack bar/restaurant at the Prairie Ridge Golf Course. The concessionaire shall establish and maintain a restaurant menu of at least thirty selections that will be served at breakfast and lunch. All employees must be able to read, speak, and understand English. The services required under this contract shall be seven days a week, to include federal holidays. Winter hours shall be 0700 to 1400 and summer hours shall be 0600 to 1400. Concessionaire will be required to accept the minimum of Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All electricity, water, sewage will be provide by the government. Government will furnish the facility and the following property: Dual Temp Freezer 1ea Ice Machine 1ea Cocktail Workstation 1ea Dishwasher 1ea S/C Refer Stand 1ea Double Drain Sink 1ea Sandwich Unit 1ea Refrigerated WorkTop 1ea Meat Slicker Mod#825 1ea 3pc. Menu Board 1ea Storage Shelf 2ea Stainless Steel Table 1ea Microwave 1ea Westinghouse Freezer 1ea Star Deep Fat Fryer 1ea Coffee Maker 1ea Chairs 39ea Tables (round) 5ea Tables (square) 8ea The concessionaire shall be responsible for all government inspections, medical certificates, physical security of government property and the repair and replacement of government furnished equipment. Concessionaire financial compensation provided to the government shall either be a flat fee or a percentage of the gross sales. There will be a formal solicitation issued. If awarded, this contract could be a base year plus 9 option years. This notice is just a search for interested parties.
