Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F04626-00-QY108 is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Request Quotation(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This acquisition falls under Standard Industry Classification 8099; the size standard is $5 million. Intervening service and preventive maintenance on RTAS digital dictation system located at Travis AFB CA. Period of performance is o/a 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 2001. There are no options included in this requirement. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Travis AVB, CA. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. FAR 52.212-2 is not applicable to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Representation and Certifications _ Commercial items with this offer.
