Description

This is a Sources Sought for webmaster/information management services for Schriever AFB, CO, a commercial item. This is not a solicitation. Potential sources are being sought and a written solicitation will not be issued. When and if an actual requirement is received, a Statement of Objectives will be issued to those who respond. All work will be performed at Schriever AFB CO between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Any work accomplished after these hours will be on an emergency basis only and only with the approval of the contracting office or QAE. The acquisition will be set-aside for small business. The Buy American Act applies (see FAR Part 25). North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) Code 513220 applies, with a size standard of 500 employees. Non-Personal services contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to provide cable television service to include _Commander_s Network._ SPECIFIC TASKS: The webmaster will build and maintain sites to allow the customer to readily share information within its organization, keep external customers abreast of ongoing projects, upcoming events, current areas of emphasis/concern, and educate potential users on the mission. Information will be presented at three separate classification levels through separate web pages existing on Unclassified, Secret, and SCI-TS servers. The information management tasks might include data entry, report generation, data configuration management, build/maintain electronic file structure, and accounts/permissions for common e-mail folders, file systems, and web pages. The position will require either a current Top Secret clearance or Secret with eligibility to receive Top Secret clearance.
