Description

Construction of replacement maintenance facilities at the Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge located near Ullin, Illinois. The work includes construction of one new building, complete and ready for occupancy; site work; plumbing work; HVAC work; electrical work; septic system overhaul; well connection and controls; and fuel tank. Contract will be firm fixed-price. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is not set aside exclusively for small business firms. SIC: 1542. The solicitation will issue on or about November 28, 2000, and the bid will be due on or about January 10, 2001.
