Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor , materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings for the renovation of an office area. Work is to include demolition of walls, light switches, doors, and electical outlets. New walls are to be constructed with doors coming from demolition. New cable tray and electrical circuits are to be installed including light fixture relocations and new light switches. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has several years experience in office renovations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period is 60 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $50,000 and $100,000. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 23332 and size standard $27.5 million are applicable. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO.
