Description

The Phase One solicitation will prequalify interested contractors who submit proposals. Prequalification and solicitation requirements for Phase One will be posted to the esol website and not available on CD. The Government anticipates to issue the Phase Two solicitation on CD in January 2001, which will contain plans and specifications for the project. Offerors are advised that checks and credit card payments previously received will not be processed until such time. Those offerors who now wish to withdraw their solicitation request and seek payment refund due to the delay in the issuance of the CD, shall request this in writing to Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Code 0242, Attn: Beverly Quevedo, 4262 Radford Drive, Bldg. 62, Honolulu, HI 96818-3296. Requests for refunds must be received prior to the issuance of the Phase Two CD. Those offerors who receive refunds/credits and subsequently decide to request the CD at a later date will be responsible for resubmitting their request and payment.
