Description

The work to be performed under this acquisition includes furnishing and installing (1) HVAC modifications, (2) a non-load bearing wall, (3) eight doors of one-and-one half hour fire resistive construction, (4) two smoke/fire dampers, and (5) dissasembly of three wooden doors. The estimated price range of the work is $100,000 to $250,000. The work is located at the Eastern Colorado Area Office, 11056 West County Road 18E, Loveland, Colorado, in Larimer County. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available 12/11/00. Requests for solicitations should be received on or before December 28, 2000. The bid opening is tentativel scheduled for January 11, 2001, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region Office, U.S. Federal Building, 316 N 26th Street, Billings, Montana 59101. The contract is expected to be completed within approximately 146 calendar days. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitaion may be viewed, without charge, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region Office, Room 2031, Federal Building, 316 N 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The small business size standard is $7,000,000 and the Standard Industrial Classification is 1711.
