Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan has a requirement for the replacement of ceramic tiles with Terrazzo Flooring in approximately 1200 square feet of the medical center. All responsible and responsive offerors are invited to submit a bid. IFBs will be available on or about 11/13/00. IFBs can be obtained by submitting a written request to the Contracting Officer. Requests can be in the form of a letter addressed to the Contracting Officer or fax (313-576-1077), and must include Company Name, Contact Person, Address, Telephone Number and Fax Number. Pre-Bid site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am local time on 12/5/00, beginning in room B4213 of the medical center. Bid opening is scheduled for 12/14/00 at 10:30 am local time. Bids must be received in room B4217 of the medical center prior to bid opening in order to be considered for award. The NAICS for this acquisition is 23543 which is in a designated industry group. In accordance with the procedures in FAR 19.1007, this IFB has NOT been set-aside for small business.
