Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive rehabilitation/modernization of 12 single family homes in the Walnut Park Development. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis MO 63108 starting at 12 Noon (local time) Monday, November 20, 2000. There will be a $120.00 non-refundable fee charged for each set of drawings, payable by money order or cashiers check made to the order of SLHA. A Pre-Bid conference and site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 4100 Lindell Blvd. The SLHA will receive sealed bids for this service until 3:00 p.m. (local time), December 20, 2000, at the SLHA, Procurement Section, Third Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108. At which time and place all qualified bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must comply with Section 3 and MBE/WBE requirements. Bidders not in the local area may call 314-286-4234 during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents and drawings.
