Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of Long Term/Indefinite Quantity contract or contracts for 145 National Stock Numbers(NSN) for Spacers in the 5365 Federal Stock Class. These 145 NSNs are a mixture of competitive and non-competitive items. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Base period of one year and four, one-year options are anticipated. Numbered Notes 8 ,9 apply. Automated best value system will included in the solicitation. Final contract award decision(s) may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock and DVD locations will be supported by the resulting contract(s).
