Description

Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of contract or contracts for Shims, 61 NSNs considered to be Shims, all in the 5365 Federal Stock Class. Notes 8 and 9 apply. Automated Best Value System applies and is included in the solicitation. Final contract award or awards decision(s) may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The 61 NSNs are a mixture of competitive and non-competitive NSNs. All material to be shipped to CONUS DVD and Stock locations FOB Destination. POPS will apply to all contract awards.
