Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-00-G-6346 with Lockheed Martin, Ocean Radar And Sensor Systems Division, 9255 Wellington Road, Manassas, VA 20110-4121. Orders will be issued for engineering change kits and engineering services for the SEAFOX Expendable Mine Neutralization System, the AN/SLQ-37 Influence Mine Neutralization System, and MHC Combat System Integration, Installation and Test. This includes repairs, restorations, modifications installation and checkout (INCO) materials, maintenance support materials, and repair parts. Lockheed Martin is the only known company that currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment required to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. This BOA will be modified pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
