This is a note of intent to negotiate with Janos Technology Inc., 1068 Grafton Road, Towenshend, VT on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 1 ea p/n ASIO 100mm F/2.3, IR Lens, 3-5 Micron, image format > = 20mm, bayonet mount; 2 ea p/n ASIO 50/250mm DFOV, IR Lens, 3-5 Micron, motorized focus, F/2.3, image format > = 20mm, bayonet mount; 1 ea p/n VARIA 50mm F/2.0, IR Lens, 8-12 Micron, image format > = 20mm, bayonet mount; 1 ea p/n VARIA 100mm F/2.0, IF Lens, 8-12 Micron, image format > = 20mm, bayonet mount; 1 ea p/n STRIX 200mm F/1.4, IR Lens, 8-12 Micron, image format > = 20mm, threaded mount. These parts must be compatible with the Santa Barbara Focal Plane 320x256, 640x512 Mid-Wave IR cameras and support the 20mm image formats. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Janos Technology Inc.
