Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville requires penetrants, Type 1 -- Fluorescent Dye; Method D -- Post emulsifiable, hydrophilic; Sensitivity Level 4 -- Ultra high per SAE Standard AMS 2644A (QPL-AMS-2644-1 applies), approximately 50 drums of penetrant and 25 drums of emulsifier per year, will be required for Naval Aviation Depot, Jacksonville, FL. The proposed requirement will result in a indefinite delivery fixed price requirements type contract for a base period with four option years. The solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program. The acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible concerns may submit an offer. E-mail requests for a copy of the solicitation is the preferred method for requesting solicitation and may be sent to the address below. All requests must cite the solicitation number. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 27 November 2000.
